1.Sediakan sebuah penjepit kertas yang terbuat dari kawat
2.Kemudian satu sisi anda tarik kemudian luruskan seperti yang tertera pada gambar 1

4.Tusukan kawat penjepit kertas tersebut kedalam lubang tersebut dengan hati hati sampai terbuka cd/dvdrom tersebut.lihat gambar 3.
(jika dengan cara tersebut masih mengalami kesulitan bawalah ketempat servis dan serahkan pada ahlinya jangan dipaksakan)
